In Rajasthan, a total of 92 exam centres for class 10th and 12th exam have been identified. This has been in lieu of the high-level meeting conducted on January 6, Govind Singh Dotasra, the State Education Minister discussed increasing the security measures for the smooth conduction of class 10th and 12th exams. The exam for class 10 & 12 in Rajasthan is going to be held in a total of 5674 exam centres, out of which 62 are identified as the sensitive centres while 30 are identified as hypersensitive centres in the state.

This year, class 10th and 12th board exams are scheduled to be conducted March 12 to 24 and March 3 to 5 respectively for which a total of 20,56,55 students has registered in Rajasthan. The centres which have been identified as sensitive and hypersensitive have a greater chance of students using unfair means during the exam. To maintain security, these identified centres will have cameras installed.

In lieu of the paper leak cases that happened earlier, the state government has employed home guards for the question paper centres which are away from the police post. These security home guards will also be posted at the nodal office as well as answer book centres. In addition to the employed security measures, a control room is also going to be established in the office of Director of Secondary Education Rajasthan. These control rooms would be functioning from 7 AM-9 PM on all exam days.
