RGUKT Basar Admission 2024: The Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies merit list is being released on July 3, 2024, for admissions to 6-year integrated B.Tech courses. Candidates listed on the merit list will have to report for document verification as per the schedule released. After completing the document verification, candidates shall pay the admission fee to confirm the seats. As per the ranks obtained by the candidates in the merit list, they will have to report at  RGUKT, Basar Campus, Basar Nirmal (District), Telangana for the document verification.

List of Documents Required for RGUKT Basar Admission 2024

Candidates are to carry the original set of these documents along with three sets of Xerox copies of the same documents. The detailed list of the documents required for RGUKT Basar Admission 2024 is here:
  • Class 10th Hall Ticket and Marksheet/Grade Card/Grade Sheet
  • Certificate of Studying Class 4 to 10.
  • Caste Certificate (for SC/ST categories) or Community/Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Certificate issued by the competent authority (Meeseva Only).
  • Candidates belonging to the non-local category will have to produce a certificate stating that the candidate has resided in the state for more than 10 years excluding the time of study outside of the state or the time of employment of the parents outside the state.
  • Income Certificate of the Parents most recently issued (not older than April 1, 2023).
  • Xerox copy of the candidate's Aadhar card.
  • Xerox copy of the family ration card.
  • Six photographs of the candidate along with 2 copies of each of the parents (mother and father) and two guardians.

Further, to confirm the seats after successful document verification, candidates from the General category must pay an admission fee of Rs 40,700 and ST/SC candidates will pay Rs 40,200. Failure of payment will lead to cancellation of the seat and will be given to the next candidate as per the merit list.
