SC Hearing on CBSE Board Exams 2022 at 2:00 PM Today

Supreme Court hearing on CBSE Board Exams 2022 will be done at 2 PM today . The court was expected to start the hearing at 10:30 AM but due to the absence of the required advocate, the hearing has been postponed to 2 PM. The hearing is regarding the plea which has been submitted with the petition to cancel the physical board exams and go for an alternate assessment method. The petition was filed in Supreme Court on February 21, 2022, and the hearing has been scheduled for February 23, 2022. Through the hearing, Supreme Court will make some important decisions regarding CBSE Term 2 Board Exams 2022.

The plea has been submitted by Anubha Shrivastava Sahai who generated the petition by including two random students from every state. The matter has been listed under the urgent listing in Supreme Court on February 22. The petition was designated to be taken under Justice A.M. Khanwilkar's bench who also handled the petition related to board exams last year. The students are eagerly waiting for justice as Twitter is spectating a large surge of tweets from students and activists.

The students have stated that due to online classes being held, they have not got proper time to prepare for the exam. Hence, they are hoping that the board adopts an internal evaluation method just like last year for final evaluation. Some of the students are also requesting the court to cancel the offline exams and conduct online exams. Though there is a fewer chance of exams being cancelled or postponed and the students have to wait until 2 PM to get the final verdict.
