Two-day “Eureka Science Fest” organised by department of science, St. Joseph’s College Jakhama under the theme, “Eureka – I have found it!” concluded at Kohima
While gracing the inaugural function as the chief guest. Commanding officer, MAHAR Regiment, Colonel Anjani Kumar in his speech, exhorted the students and said, “College is the best time in a person’s life and it should be utilized to the fullest”.
“The main aim of the fest is to bring radical and innovative ideas in the field of education to make it more interesting and instructive. Various competitions like science exhibition, debate, quiz, dance, group song, etc. were displayed by the participants to rekindle the spark of education,” said a press release from the college.
The day ended with flip flop competition. Emmanuel College, Kohima Science College and Model Christian College were the other colleges that had participate in the fest.
