GATE admit card 2023 will be released today by the Indian Institutes of Technology, Kanpur. Candidates should visit the official website,
gate.iitk.ac.in
to download the GATE admit card. GATE 2023 Admit card will not be sent to the candidates to their postal addresses. In the meantime, the candidates are advised to keep handy the login credentials, such as enrollment ID and password, which will be required for downloading the admit card of GATE 2023. Nonetheless, what if the candidates forgot the enrollment ID and password? In that case, the candidates should follow the below-highlighted instructions for retrieving the credentials; otherwise, it will not be possible to download the admit card. Note, candidates without a GATE admit card will not be eligible to appear for the exam. The GATE 2023 exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2023.

Instructions to Retrieve Enrollment ID
Here are the instructions for retrieving the enrollment ID before downloading the GATE 2023 admit card-
- Go to the official website of IIT Kanpur
- Click on the “Forgot enrollment ID/ password” link under the login option on the homepage
- Next, candidates should click on the ‘Request OTP’
- Provide the registered mobile number/ e-mail ID (the same one used for registration)
- Candidates will receive the enrollment ID on the mobile number via SMS
Instructions to Retrieve Password
Candidates can refer to the following steps for retrieving the GATE password-
Step 1 | Go to the GOAPS portal |

Step 2 | Click on “Forgot enrollment ID/ password” link |
Step 3 | Since the candidates have already received OTP in registered email ID, hence choose “already have an OTP” |
Step 4 | Enter email ID, OTP and new password |
Step 5 | Confirm the new password and click on submit button |
Step 6 | The new password of the candidates will be confirmed and the candidates must use the same log in to the GOAPS portal |
Candidates should keep the enrollment ID and password saved for future reference.
