The students of Priyadarshini Engineering College Vijaywada bagged prizes in Sports competitions conducted by GVR&S College of Engineering, Guntur on March 26, 2016 . The college management conducted a press meet to congratulate the winners on March 29, 2016 . P. Siva Ran Kumar, HOD of Physical Education Department mentioned that;
- Students won first place in Volleyball under the captaincy of Prasanth and Vice-captain Subhas
- College secured second place in Kabaddi under the captaincy of Vinod and Vice-captain Sambireddy
- MBA student Sambireddy bagged second place in Shot-put
College Principal G.Rama Swami and Vice-Principal Narasimha Rao congratulated the students for their achievement. Students thanked the college management and HOD of Physical Education Department for their continuous support and encouragement.
