Tamil Nadu School Holiday 23 October 2024 : The district authorities declared a holiday in Erode on 22 October 2024 , and an update on October 23 is expected soon. In some areas of Namakkal district such as Pallipalayam and Komarapalayam, there was a holiday on 22 October 2024, and hence the holiday can be expected on October 23, 2024 as well. The school holiday in the remaining districts in Tamil Nadu might not be continued tomorrow as no update regarding the same has been announced yet. Based on the weather conditions today, the rain might be severe in Tirupur, Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Theni, Dindigul, Madurai, Karur, and Tiruchy as well tomorrow. If such happens, there are chances of school holidays to be declared here also.

• A school holiday was declared in Erode district on October 22, and there is a chance for schools leave on October 23 as well

• Since school holidays have also been announced in a few areas of Namakkal district such as Pallipalayam and Komarapalayam on 22 October 2024, the same is likely tomorrow if the situation doesn’t improve.

• Other than the districts mentioned above, the Regional Meteorological Centre, (RMC), Chennai has issued warnings in Tirupur, Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Theni, Dindigul, Madurai, Karur, and Tiruchy. Hence, school holidays might also remain closed tomorrow.

• There are no further updates regarding any other district in Tamil Nadu as of now.
