The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has decided to recruit teachers and professors for which, it has asked the State Teachers Recruitment Board (TRBT) to conduct a proper examination for the recruitment. As per the official statement released by the State Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Tuesday, he stated that the Tripura government has decided on recruiting 297 school teachers and 40 professors for different subjects for different government colleges. Moreover, there will be a recruitment of 175 graduate teachers and 65 postgraduate teachers in the education department.

During his interaction, Ratan Lal Nath said that we are continuing with the recruitment of teachers for the secondary, higher and elementary education. He further added that the state government has decided to recruit up to 40 professors for the higher-level degrees in government colleges. The division will further include 4 assistant professors for Bengali, 5 assistant professors in Education faculty, 10 assistant professors for English, 5 assistant professors in History, 2 assistant professors each in Geology and Botany, and 4 assistant professors each in Sanskrit, Political Science, and Human Physiology.

Moreover, the recruitment will also be conducted for 42 undergraduate and 15 graduate teachers for the primary level of education. The state government has asked the TRBT to conduct the proper exam for the recruitment and also prepare the list of candidates who have their names in the waiting list of last year’s recruitment to fill the vacancies.
