The Government of Bihar has planned to seek help from the Telecom and Electronic Companies to train the students with the skill sets followed in the industry and to provide them with employment opportunities. Dipak Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Labour Resources and CEO, Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) said that the government has been initiating programmes for skilling and employing youths of the nation under “recruit – train – deploy” programme.
The Government now wants the Telecom and the Electronics Industries to be a part of this programme. All the related cost and expenses for the training programme and recruitment plans shall be taken care of by the Bihar Government, added Dipak Kumar Singh. He also stated that there is no insufficiency of funds with respect to skilling the youth of the State and giving them better career opportunities.
At an event called Mobile Manufacturer Conclave managed by the Bihar Skill Development Mission, officials said that, working on the visions of the Chief Minister of the State, Nitish Kumar, every youth of the state must be employed and no limitations shall be set for employing or skilling the youths in the mobile phones and electronics companies.
