UGC NET December 2023 Registration: As the National Testing agency is currently accepting registration for UGC NET December 2023 registrations, the candidates applying for the Assistant Professor eligibility test must submit their application forms before 11:50 PM of October 29, 2023on the official website. Check the steps and instructions to upload the photograph and signature on the UGC NET application portal. If the candidate uploads an incorrect photograph or signature then their candidature might be kept on hold and cancelled if not corrected before time.

A scanned copy of both of these documents is required that is clearly visible. Check the specifications required for signature and photograph for the UGC NET December 2023 application

Photograph’s Guidelines for UGC NET 2023

1. The applicant must not be wearing any cap/Goggles/Sunglasses. The head and face must be completely visible in the photograph (Only Sikh candidates are allowed to upload the picture in their turbans)

2. 80% of the total area in the image must be covered with the face of the applicant

3. Face Mask or any other object that is hiding the face is not allowed

4. Unclear Photograph, Polaroid, and Computer Generated/edited pictures are not acceptable in the application form

5. Spectacles can be worn but it must be ensured that the glare of the camera’s flash does not cause the eyes of the applicant to become invisible

6. The file size of the image must be between 10kb to 200kb only

Upload Signature for UGC NET 2023 Application Form

1. The signature must be done on a white blank sheet/background with black/blue ink pen

2. Signatures have to be uploaded in running handwriting with the complete signature specimen of the applicant

3. Signatures done in BLOCK letters with the candidate’s name will not be accepted

4. The size of the file of the signature image must be between 4kb to 40kb
