A total of 194 candidates were selected for the 225 vacancies. Candidates who participated in the engineering services 2021 interview can check their results at upsc.gov.in.
UPSC ESE 2021 final result was released on March 28th, on the official website of the Union Public Service Commission, upsc.gov.in. The UPSC ESE final result 2021 is based on the written test for the ESE exam 2021, which was held in November 2021, and the Personality test, which was held in February and March 2022. The shortlisted candidates will be recruited for various services or roles in the Ministries/ Departments concerned.
77 candidates were recommended for civil engineering, 34 for mechanical engineering, 54 for electrical engineering, and 29 for electronics and communications engineering out of the 194 candidates who were selected. The candidature of 29 proposed candidates has been held on hold pending the verification of their original documents. The provisionality of these candidates will only be valid for three months, from July 27, 2022 to July 27, 2022. In the meantime, 58 candidates have been placed on the reserve list. Selected candidates will be assigned to various Services/Posts based on their rank and expressed a preference for certain services.
