UPTET 2021 Final Answer Key was not released as scheduled on February 23, 2022. Media reports suspect that the reason might be the assembly elections. The same might affect the UPTET Result date as well. Read below to know more.
UPTET 2021 Final Answer Key was supposed to be released on February 23, 2022. It, however, as per media reports, got delayed because the UP government refused to approve the release of the UPTET Final Answer Key . The UPTET Result 2021 are scheduled to be issued on February 25, 2022, but the results cannot be published without the release of the answer key alongside or before.
The UPTET Examination Regulatory Authority had approached the UP government for permission to release the Final UPTET Answer Key 2021 . However, permission to publish it in between assembly elections was not granted. Considering this decision was made from the perspective of the elections, it appears that the exam results will be released only after March 10, 2022.
Over 3000 objections were raised by UPTET candidates following the release of the UPTET Preliminary Answer Key . Objections were made on question number 54 of Primary Level Paper 1 and on question number 44 of Upper Primary Level Paper 2. These objections were expected to be resolved by UPBEB professionals by February 21, 2022. The final answer key was to be issued on February 23, 2022, and the UPTET Result 2021 was to be released on February 25, 2022.
More than 18 lakh students took the UPTET exam on January 23, 2022. Around 21.65 lakh candidates had applied for the exam, with 10.73 lakh candidates applying for the UPTET Primary Level paper and 7.48 lakh candidates applying for the UPTET Upper Primary Level paper.
