Krea University is a new university that will come up in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. Vice President of India, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu formally inaugurated the university on November 18, 2018.
Vice President of India, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu inaugurated Krea University, Andhra Pradesh on November 18, 2018. Krea University, located in Sri City – Andhra Pradesh was set up by renowned economists and industrialists with an aim to meet industry requirements. The varsity aims to produce global leaders in different fields through quality education and practical exposure.
Expressing his views on the establishment of Krea University, Mr. Venkaiah Naidu pointed out that such institutes focus on the all-round development of students. ‘Interwoven Learning’ is the varsity’s philosophy, and Krea University will play a crucial role in inspiring many such universities to become a world leader in higher learning, he hoped.
Vice President of India appreciated and thanked Sri City management for allocating the plot for setting up Krea University free of cost.

Chancellor of Krea University, Mr. N. Vaghul revealed that the varsity is designated to prepare a new generation of leaders who can think and act ethically. The varsity aims to bring a positive impact on the world through its students. Students at Krea University will be resilient, adaptable, and well equipped for the jobs, he added.

Krea University will enrol students for the academic session 2019-20. Krea University will offer B.A (Hons) and B.Sc (Hons) courses. The list of specialisations offered are given below –
