The candidates who have registered for counselling and filled the choices can check the WBJEE seat allotment result and admission status. Candidates who are satisfied with the seat allotment can pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs. 5,000 and download the WBJEE seat allotment letter. The process after downloading the seat allotment letter includes document verification at the allotted institute and a declaration of allotment upgrade. The candidates will have to download the 'Upgradation Yes/ No' form from the official website.

WBJEE Seat Allotment 2022: Documents Required for Physical Reporting
All the candidates who have secured seats as per the WBJEE 1st seat allotment 2022 will have to carry Original and one self-attested set of Xerox copies of the following documents –
- Class 10 Admit Card
- Class 10 Mark Sheet
- Class 12 Mark Sheet
- OCI Certificate (applicable for the respective category)
- Domicile Certificate (WB Domiciled Candidates)
- SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B Category Certificate (only applicable candidates)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- TFW Certificate (if applicable)
WBJEE Seat Allotment 2022 Round 1: Upgradation of Seat
Candidates who are not satisfied with the Round 1 seat allotment of WBJEE 2022 can choose the ‘Upgrade Yes’ option at the time of document verification. Such candidates will however have to pay the seat confirmation fee of Rs. 5,000 and choose the Upgrade option. In this case, the seat allotment of Round 1 will not be cancelled until the candidate gets a better allotment in Round 2. If these candidates do not get a better allotment in Round 2, they can retain the Round 1 seat allotment.
