Candidates who obtain a percentile between 92.0 to 92.9 can get a rank between 92900 to 82501. While the 92 percentile might be good for getting shortlisted for the JEE Advance Exam. But if a candidate wishes to get admission to the IIITs then the rank range for the 92 percentile may not meet the admission requirement. However, there are different NITs in the Northeastern states offering admission into different branches. If a candidate is prepared and confident about JEE advance then it's highly recommended to appear for the same. Every year NTA selects 2.5 lakh candidates for the JEE advance exam. Will I get admission into IIIT with 92 Percentile in the JEE Main 2024 Exam?
As per the previous year's trends, the expected rank for the 92 percentile will be between 82000 to 93,000. However, in the previous year's of JoSAA round counselling the admission in different IIITs in Round 6 closed at the rank range between 58,000 to 61,000. If a candidate obtains 92 Percentile in the JEE Main exam 2024 then they may not be able to get admission into the IIITs. However, candidates are advised to check the list of NIT colleges in the range of 92. The JoSAA counselling process is scheduled to start on June 10 2024.
