At the event a guest said that Yoga is an Indian style for what we call as physical exercises. Yoga is not a new concept, it existed since ever, but has gained the status of a public talk in recent years. Exercise is an important part of our life and should be incorporated in our daily routine. But lack of time, and hardy lifestyles, most of us take things easy. Therefore, it is necessary that something of this sort is available to the students."
More than 300 students and around 40 faculty and staff members of the university performed yoga. In recent years university has organised many events like this to provide wholesome growth to the students.
