How many seats : How many seats are available in IIEST for lateral entry programme students?

This information is not available anywhere. However, basis a field-wise seat availability matrix, seat distribution depends upon total number of seats available in each specialisation. The least number of seats is available with Mettalurgy & Materials Engineering, Mining Engineering & Aerospace Engineering with 20 seats in each specialisation (West Bengal & non- West Bengal candidates). The highest number if seats is available with Civil Engineering, being 63!

So seat availability for Lateral Entry will depend on the overall number of seats available. We suggest you to call the institute and inquire.
