i want to know about diploma or masters in labour law

Dear Student,

Master of Law in Labour Law is a 2-year course. There are more than 60 colleges offering Labour Law-related courses in India

Eligibility Requirements for the Master of Law in Labour Law:

  • Candidate must have done LL.B prior to applying for a Master in Labour Law. 
  • The minimum marks in the Bachelor's should be 50%

Diploma in Labour Law is a one year programme and focuses on laws related to Industrial Relations, Labour welfare, etc.

Eligibility Requirements for Diploma in Labour Law:

Candidate must:

  • Not have any compartment, in any of the examinations of UG level.
  • Must have cleared the Common Entrance Test (CET), as required by some law institutes.
