Is it mandatory to upload the updated version of NC OBC certificate? As of now I have old one which is not upto date.

Yes, you will be required to produce an updated copy of the NC-OBC certificate issued by an authorised body. The validity of this certificate is usually 1 year after which it is not considered valid. If you are unable to produce a valid NC-OBC certificate, you will have to apply for Underserved / General seats only.
