LPU offers the BPT course, which is 4 year course. The application process for LPU is completely online. The LPU admission process includes filling in the application form, appearing for the LPUNEST entrance test, result declaration and fee payment. Step 1.2: Register on the official admission portal of LPU i.e. LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering. Step 1.3: Candidates can continue to apply for LPUNEST (for scholarship purposes). Step 1.4 Pay the application fee and hit on the submit button to complete the application process.

Hi, LPU BPT [Bachelor of Physiotherapy] is a 4-year course; however, LPU offers a lateral entry option too, a BPT (Lateral Entry) programme, which is for 3.5 years. Candidates seeking admission into LPU for BPT should meet the college's eligibility criteria and take the LPUNEST exam. Aspiring candidates can apply online on the official website - admission.lpu.in. Slot booking for the online examination will begin on December 26, 2022. LPUNEST 2023 will be conducted between January 25 and February 7, 2023. BPT is a Bachelor of Physiotherapy program and approved by IAP (Indian Association Physiotherapist). The duration of the program is 4.5 years that is 9 semesters. LPU BPT course includes International Exposure options. Students can visit USA/European countries for 4 weeks. The total number of seats available for this program is 90. The 4.5-years BPT program curriculum offers mainly more than 25 types of courses. This includes Clinical Education, Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Medical Terminology, and more. LPU BPT subjects provide opportunities for independent studies and project courses during the final semester. Some of the course highlights are: In the first-year coursework, three will be two semesters of more than 15 courses including laboratories. After the first and the second year, the college will include seminars on diagnostics. In the final year, there will be an internship program of 6 months as an autumn semester. Students get the opportunity to practice in the case of client management, workplace management, administrative skills, documentation, entrepreneurship, ethics, liability, negligence, therapeutic skills, career progress, and self-identity. The university also offers elective courses. Students can choose the elective course as per their preferences. Program Structure: Community Rehabilitation: it will apply the concept of community physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Evidence-Based Practice- students will evaluate scientific literature, critically evaluate scientific papers and write the scientific report. Health Promotion- students will be aware of health promotion, prevention of injury and disease. Skill Enhancement- enhance the skills and therapeutics in the stream of neurological physiotherapy specialty practice. In the end, there will be a full-term internship provided to the students in the hospitals and multi-specialty hospitals. It will give the students a real-time work atmosphere.? LPU University conducts the placement drive every year. For BPT The placemats opportunities are not as good as other courses, and students still get placed in some of the reputed hospitals. This year around 75 percent of the students got the placement. The B.P.T students have got the highest package of 42 Lakhs. But this time due to the pandemic they got the average package that is 2 to 3 Lakhs. The Health Insurance companies, Rehabilitation centers, Hospitals, and Home Visits, and Nursing homes visit this campus for BPT. Maximum roles offered by the companies were Physical therapists, Interns, Sports Physiotherapy and Critical Caregivers. The top recruiters were Aims, Fortis, Sarvodaya, Apex hospital, Government Hospital, Dhingra Hospital, LPU OPD, Jalandhar OPD, Phagwara OPD, and LPU Facilities. In general, for the BPT course, the highest package offered was Rs 42 Lakhs and the average package offered is 3.5 Lakhs.

LPU NEST 2023 Application Form has been released via online mode. Exam Dates have been announced. It stands for Lovely Professional University National Eligibility and Scholarship Test. Dear Student,
Kindly specify the name of your state. Some states like Maharashtra carry out the admission process for BPT course based on NEET marks. Some states take Class 12 Biology, Physics and Chemistry marks as the main criterion for the admission to B.P.T course.
