Sir, I've got RT supplementary in one subject in CBSE boards, the exam is scheduled to be on 17 July, can I apply for admission? And, when will the semester start?

So if you do not have the class 12 marks sheet or certificate you can still get admission to the courses offered by the Tribhuvan College of Environment and Development Sciences Neemrana.
