What is the LSEF-UMASS Scholarship program started by JK Lakshmipat University?

The LSEF-UMASS Scholarship program is for driven, passionate and meritorious students who will not only be the best representatives from India but will also set their own benchmark at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Launched in 2019, the scholarship is available to selected students for pursuing post-graduate education in three master’s degree programs- M.S in Data Analytics and Computational Social Science, M.S. in Applied Economics and Master’s in Public Policy from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

The students will undergo two years of study in this program where the first year will be at JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU), Jaipur and the second year at UMass Amherst. Each scholarship worth Rs. 20 lakhs, amounts to 50% of the total academic fees for two years. This scholarship will be disbursed semester-wise subject to satisfactory performance.
