BBA Admission in Maharashtra 2024: Selection Process

The BBA selection process of colleges in Maharashtra is also separate for each college. A general outline of how to get admission to BBA colleges in Maharashtra is given below.

• Fill in the application form for the college.

• Appear for the MAH BBA CET or CET exam conducted by individual colleges.

• Get shortlisted based on the entrance test and Class 12th score.

• Appear for Group Discussion and/ or Personal Interview rounds (if any).

• Check the merit list of colleges for admission status.

• If selected, finalize admission by paying the application fee.

• If not, check the waitlist to try for subsequent rounds of admission.

Previously most colleges used to shortlist candidates based on Class 12th scores. However, now CET exam scores will be used to select candidates for BBA admission. While Group Discussions are rare, some colleges do conduct them but Personal Interviews are far more common. Colleges release the Merit List and the Waitlist simultaneously on their website.
