How to Apply for Bihar STET Exam 2025 Online?

To start the career of the aspirants as govt. teacher, they need to go through the STET application online process to complete the registration process first. The Application form will be available on the official website. Candidates must produce their Email address and must have a Personal Phone number, which will be required for registration and sending alert messages throughout the process.

The candidate must follow the steps given below, to fill up the application form:

Bihar STET Application Fee 2025

Though the official notification for Bihar STET 2025 has not been released yet, we have provided the application fee from the last year below. The Bihar STET application fee is based on the papers for which the candidate is applying. If the candidate is registering for Paper I or Paper II, the fee is expected to be Rs. 500 and if you want to appear for both papers, the fee will be INR 800. Bihar STET Eligibility Criteria 2025

The Bihar School Education Board or BSEB has set different eligibility criteria for different subjects and posts.

Age Limit

The basic eligibility criteria are the age of the candidate and 50% marks in the graduation level (whichever is required). The candidate must be of a certain age before applying for the posts. The age criteria for STET 2025 is mentioned below:

  • For General or Unreserved Candidates: Between 22 to 37
  • For OBC & Female (General) Candidates: Between 22 to 40
  • For SC (Scheduled Caste) and ST (Scheduled Tribe) Candidates: Between 22 to 42

Nationality

  • Candidates who are citizens of India and possess a domicile in Bihar State can only apply for the post.

Bihar STET 2025 exam dates will be released on the official website of BSEB. The examination will be conducted in 2 halves of a single day. Paper-I will be conducted for aspirants looking for a Secondary Teachership and Paper-II will be conducted for the aspirants who are looking for Senior Secondary Level Teachership. Candidates who are applying for both the posts will have to appear for both the tests. Both of the papers will carry a total of 150 marks which are to be answered in 2:30 hours.
