CAT 2024 Exam Pattern

The CAT exam pattern must be understood thoroughly by aspirants in addition to the CAT syllabus to understand how to the CAT exam is structured and prepare for the same accordingly. The CAT exam is conducted in a computer-based test format with MCQ and Non-MCQ questions. The language of the CAT question paper is English only. Candidates will receive 3 marks for every correct answer.
Candidates will lose one mark for every wrong answer to MCQ questions.
There will be no negative marking for Non-MCQ questions or unattempted questions.
