Class 10 CBSE Board Exam Date Sheet 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the CBSE Class 10 date sheet 2024 on December 12, 2023 for both theory and practical exams. The board revised the CBSE Date Sheet 2024 Class 10 on January 19, 2024. As per the revised CBSE Class 10 date sheet 2024, the exams were conducted between February 15 and March 13, 2024. The board exams for vocational subjects were conducted from February 15 to February 18, 2024. CBSE 10th board exam 2024 commenced on February 19, 2024 with Sanskrit, and ended on March 13, 2024 with Information Technology. The CBSE Class 10 practical exam 2024 took place from January 1, 2024 to February 15, 2024. The CBSE 10th practical exams 2024 for winter bound schools were held between November 14, 2023 and December 14, 2023.

Following the last year's trend, the CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet 2025 can be expected in the first week of December 2024. The CBSE date sheet 2025 class 10 will be released on the official website at cbse.nic.in. The CBSE class 10 Board exam 2025 will be held in pen and paper format in a single shift, between 9 am and 12:30 pm. The Board is likely to conduct the CBSE 10th exams 2025 from the second week of February to the second week of March 2025. Class 10 CBSE Board Exam Date Sheet 2024 - What if I take leave in the CBSE 10th 2025 Exam?

In case any student is unable to attend any particular subject in the CBSE 10th board exam, he/she will be marked zero marks in that subject. Eventually, that student may have to appear for the compartment exam that is conducted after the declaration of regular board results. Again, if a student does not appear for the compartment exams, they shall be treated as failing the examination. He/she will have to reappear in all the subjects in the next annual examination conducted by the Board. The student will have the option to appear for the practical examination in the subjects with practical or retain their previous marks in one more final exam after the Third Chance Compartment.

Moreover, if any particular CBSE 10th exam gets cancelled, the Board will announce it and reschedule the exam on any other date. Everything will be shared on the official website of the CBSE Board. Will the Class 10 CBSE Board Exam Date Sheet be different for Winter Bound Schools?

CBSE Board-affiliated schools are situated all over India and abroad. The CBSE affiliated Schools that are in the winter-bound areas are the winter-bound schools. These schools generally remain closed during the winter months, like in January, due to the harsh winter season and heavy snowfall. These schools have a shorter academic year as compared to the regular schools. Therefore, the CBSE Class 10 practical exam dates 2024 differ from that of the regular board practical dates. Unlike the regular board practical exam dates, the CBSE 10th practical exam for winter-bound schools will not be conducted in January, but from November to December.
