CAP Round 1 started on August 9 and ended on August 18 . CAP Round 2 took place from August 19 to August 27, while CAP Round 3 was held between August 29 and September 6, 2024 . Documents Required for MAH MBA CET CAP 2024

The document verification phase is one of the most important parts of the MAH MBA CET counselling process. During the document verification process, candidates must submit the necessary documents to the E-Scrutiny Centre online for verification. This stage comes after the online registration process for the MAH MBA CET CAP. Once all the required documents are submitted by a candidate and the documents are found to be in order, the verification status will be completed, and the receipt-cum-acknowledgement for the same will be available at the candidate’s registered MAH MBA CET account on the official website. However, candidates will have to re-submit their documents if any discrepancies are found in the same.   • Domicile/Birth/Leaving Certificate of candidate indicating the State of Maharashtra as the place of birth.

Type B Candidates

  • Domicile certificate of candidate/father/mother of candidate indicating that they are domiciled in the State of Maharashtra.

Type C Candidates

  • Certificate from the employer in the Proforma - A stating that the father/mother of the candidate who is a Central Government / Government of India undertaking employee is presently posted in Maharashtra.

Type D Candidates

  • Certificate from the employer in the Proforma - B stating that the father/mother of the candidate is a Maharashtra State Government / Maharashtra State Government undertaking employee

  • Proof of residence i.e. Driving Licence or Telephone Bill of the candidate

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing SSC / Equivalent Examination.

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing HSC / Equivalent Examination.

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing Qualifying / Equivalent Examination

Persons of Indian Origin

  • Eligibility Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (AIU) if the candidate passed the Qualifying examination from abroad.

  • Passport of the Candidate.

  • PIO / OCI Card.

  • Affidavit of candidate/Parent disclosing his full identity i.e. full name, age, residence, occupation, and relationship with candidate duly signed by the Candidate/parents.

  • Proof of residence i.e. Driving Licence, Telephone Bill, Property Tax copy, IT return a copy of the sponsor

  • Statement of Marks, or Certificate of Passing SSC / Equivalent Examination.

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing HSC / Equivalent Examination

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing Qualifying / Equivalent Examination.

Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries

  • CIWGC Certificate of the Candidate OR of their Mother or Father

  • Affidavit of candidate/Parents disclosing his full identity i.e. full name, age, residence, occupation, and relationship with candidate duly signed by the Candidate/parents.

  • Passport, Nationality Certificate of Parent.

  • Residence of the parent in Gulf Countries, Valid VISA of the Parent

  • Work Permit or Letter from the Employer on Company Letterhead.

  • Proof of residence i.e. Driving Licence, Telephone Bill, Property Tax copy, IT return a copy of Parent

  • Proof of residence showing a minimum of 182 days of stay of Parent in Gulf Countries for the academic year of admission, before the admission date

  • True copy of Gulf bank account passbook (copies of the main page indicating bank name & address, Parent name & address, with entries of last preceding 6 months before admission)

  • Eligibility Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (AIU) if the candidate passed the Qualifying examination from abroad.

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing SSC / Equivalent Examination.

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing HSC / Equivalent Examination.

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing Qualifying / Equivalent Examination.

Non-Resident Indian (NRI)

  • NRI Certificate of the Candidate OR of his/her Mother or Father OR the real brother/real sister ordinarily residing abroad OR NRI certificate of the persons having blood relation with the student who considers such student as ‘Ward’ viz-real brother/sister of father OR real brother/sister of Mother OR father/mother of father OR father/mother of Mother OR 1st degree paternal/maternal cousins, ordinarily residing abroad and should have looked after the candidate as guardian with documentary evidence & affidavit in support of the aforesaid facts. Parents CDC (Continuous Discharge certificate) if the claimant is a Merchant Navy employee.

  • Affidavit of candidate/sponsor disclosing his full identity i.e. full name, age, residence, occupation, and relationship with candidate duly signed by the Candidate/parents/sponsor.

  • Passport, Nationality Certificate of sponsor

  • Residence of NRI, Valid VISA of sponsor

  • Proof of residence i.e. Driving Licence, Telephone Bill, Property Tax copy, IT return a copy of the sponsor

  • Proof of residence showing a minimum of 182 days of stay of sponsor abroad for the academic year of admission, before the admission date

  • True copy of foreign bank account passbook (copies of the main page indicating bank name & address, sponsor name & address, with entries of last preceding 6 months before admission)

  • Affidavit of family chart duly signed by sponsor making clear relationship

  • Leaving certificates, Birth extracts, mark sheets, PAN Card, Passport, and Marriage Certificate of all members shown on the family tree/chart.

  • Eligibility Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (AIU) if the candidate passed the Qualifying examination from abroad.

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing SSC / Equivalent Examination.

  • Statement of Marks or Certificate of Passing HSC / Equivalent Examination

Minority Candidates

  • Declaration of the Candidate for the respective Linguistic / Religious Minority Community or Leaving Certificate having information about Religion / Mother tongue as given in Proforma – O.

TFWS candidates

  • Income certificate stating that his/her parent’s annual income is less than Rs. 8 Lakh from all sources issued by the appropriate competent authority of Maharashtra State.

Sponsored Candidates

What to Remember During MAH MBA CET CAP Document Verification?

Candidates must make sure they follow certain guidelines and regulations when submitting their documents for the document verification round of the MAH MBA CET counselling process. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the cancellation of the document verification and candidates will have to resubmit their documents.

Maharashtra State Candidature

  • The candidate must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in a 3-year bachelor’s degree course or equivalent from a recognized university (45% backward class categories and PwD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).

NRI/OCI/PIO Foreign National, Children of Indian Workers in the Gulf Countries

  • The candidate must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in a 3-year bachelor’s degree course or equivalent from a recognized university or equivalent.

  • The qualifying degree must have been awarded by a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
