How to fill out DTE Maharashtra Option Form 2024?

Click on the direct link to log in given above to log in with their Application ID and Password.

Step 2

The option form will be displayed, and candidates must select colleges and courses as well as a priority number (1, 2, 3, 4...).

Step 3

After you have filled out the options, click 'Confirm' to save and lock them. Candidates cannot change their choices once they have confirmed them.

Step 4

Re-enter the Application ID and Password for the final option submission, then log out.

Guidelines regarding DTE Maharashtra Option Form 2024

While filling out the option form of DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic admissions candidates should remember the following guidelines and not make any mistakes.

  • Candidates can access the online option form through their login credentials.
  • All candidates must confirm the online option form (after confirming the option form, the candidate will not be able to change the options).
  • To avoid impersonation, candidates should not reveal their Application ID and Password to others
  • Candidates are advised to change their passwords regularly and to keep a record of them in a secure location.
  • In the option form, the serial number of the block indicates the preference of choice. As a result, the candidate's choice code for the institute in block No. 1 will be considered first preference (Highest Priority Choice).
  • Only option forms submitted online will be considered for further processing.
  • The candidate must confirm the online Option Form submission by reentering the Application ID and Password. The candidate may print a copy of the confirmed Option form for his or her records and future reference.
  • The candidate can select a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 300 options. In the online option form, the candidate must enter the institute choice code against the option number.

DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 1

The seats available for Rounds I and II will be published on the website on July 31, 2024. Candidates whose names appear on the CAP's final merit list will be eligible to participate in this round by completing an online option form. The candidate must fill out and confirm the option form using the candidate's login.

Note: After confirmation of the Options form, the candidate will not be able to change the Options

DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round 2

Seats for Round II will be made available on the website on August 14, 2024. Candidates eligible for the final round may fill out and/or edit the online option form completed by the previous round's candidate. The seats that will be allotted during these rounds will be available to eligible candidates who fall into the following categories. -

  • Candidates who have been allocated a seat other than their first preference and accepted the seat in clause shall be eligible for participation in the subsequent rounds for advancement
  • Candidates who have been allocated a seat other than their first preference but have not accepted the seat shall be eligible for participation in the subsequent rounds
  • Candidates who were not assigned a seat in any of the previous rounds
  • Candidates who did not participate (failure to complete the option form) in the previous round

Unfortunately, details about hostel fees for diploma students at Government Tool Room & Training Centre (GTTC) in Kudalasangama, Bagalkot, are not mentioned on the official website or any other source. However, you should know that GTTC has three hostels with room for up to 192 students. The admission process for the Government Tool Room & Training Centre usually is held between May to July. So if you want to take admission here, you will have to apply the next year for the 2025 academic session. We suggest you keep checking the official website for updates on the admission notification.
