After the recruitment, the candidates will have to undergo a training/ probation period of one year. After one year, the candidates will be considered a permanent employee. The basic pay for an Executive Trainee at GAIL India is around INR 60,000. After the training period is over, the salary will increase and may go up to INR 1,80,000.
