GATE 2025 Cutoff for GFTI - Check Maximum & Minimum GATE Score Required for Admission

The GATE 2025 cutoff for GFTI is the marks based on which students will get admission to GFTI. It is released by respective GFTI. The GATE cutoff for GFTI will be released after the CCMT counselling. Check the previous year GATE cutoff for GFTI here. 

GATE Cutoff for GFTI

GATE 2025 Cutoff for GFTI: The GATE cutoff 2025 for GFTI is the minimum marks that students must score in the GATE exam to secure admission into the MTech programmes at the GFTIs. The GATE cutoff for GFTI will be released by the respective GFTI on its official website. A total of eight Government Funded Technical Institutes engage in CCMT counselling to select qualified students for M.Tech admission through the GATE 2025 exam . GATE cutoff 2025 for GFTI will be determined after considering factors like student's performance in GATE, the student's category, the number of seats available, the number of students applying, etc. Following each round of seat allocation, CCMT publishes the opening and closing ranks for each GFTI and MTech specialization. Every year, the GATE cutoff for admission to GFTI varies. Since the GATE 2025 cutoff for GFTI has not been released, you can check out the previous year's cutoff to get an idea about the marks required for admission.

In order to give the aspirations a basic idea of the GATE cutoff for GFTIs, we have compiled previous years’ cutoff to determine the average minimum and maximum marks required for admissions.

GFTIs GATE 2025 cutoff will be released during the GATE counselling process in the form of opening and closing ranks. We will update the GATE 2025 cutoff for GFTI in the table below once it has been announced.

What is GATE counselling?

Students who qualify the GATE 2025 examination will be eligible to participate in the GATE 2025 counselling for admission into IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. For admission into GFTIs, students are required to register themselves for a Centralized Counselling Process (CCMT). The GATE 2025 counselling process includes registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, etc. There will be three regular rounds of GATE counselling 2025. The final seat allotment will be based on GATE 2025 scores/ranks, seat availability, and student selections.

Unfortunately, the first round of Karnataka PGECET 2024 options entry process has been closed. The last date for option entry was after extension was November 21, and hence, you cannot apply for the same now. However, KEA will soon release the round 2 options entry dates on its website. Yes you can still apply to Lovely Professional University(LPU)for B.Tech electrical Engineering (or any other program)even if your final year result is published in August. LPU often allows provisional admission based on your previous academic year results(Such as your 3rd year marks on current semester performance, especially if you are in your final year at the time of application.
