GATE Syllabus 2024 has been released by the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. The GATE 2024 syllabus is divided into two parts: General Aptitude (GA) and Core Discipline. The GA section is common to all GATE papers and consists of questions on topics such as Verbal Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The Core Discipline section consists of questions on topics specific to the engineering discipline for which the candidate is appearing. The GATE syllabus 2024 for core discipline is different for each subject and is released separately.
Candidates can check on this page GATE subject-wise syllabus 2024 along with important topics and other details.
Changes in GATE Syllabus 2024
Even though most of the GATE 2024 syllabus remains the same, there are some minor changes introduced this year. As per the change, a new subject i.e. Data Science & Artificial Intelligence has been added to GATE syllabus list 2024. DA is one of the specialisations under Computer Science and have been gaining a lot of attention from the IT sector in recent years. Candidates can download the GATE syllabus PDF for Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from this page.
