Himachal Pradesh BBA Eligibility Criteria 2023

All candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the admission committee of the respective college they are applying to before moving on to the application form filling process. The eligibility criteria for the program may vary for all the specialisations and also depends on the college. As per the general eligibility criteria:

• Applicants must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent exams from a recognized board/ university.

• Applicants must have scored at least 45 per cent aggregate marks in the qualifying course (40 per cent for reserved category candidates).

• The minimum percentage required for admission will vary from college to college.

• Some colleges may require Maths and/ or English to consider a candidate eligible.

• Besides this, candidates might have to appear for an entrance examination conducted by the college.

To pursue BBA, candidates need to fill out the BBA application form while applying for admission. The form can be downloaded from the website of the selected college. Candidates can also apply for admission through offline mode. They will also have to submit the application fee with the form. Only those candidates who have submitted the application form before the deadline will be considered for admission.

BBA admission to colleges in Himachal Pradesh will be done on the basis of selection criteria decided by the college. The general process is as follows.

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their academic performance and scores in the entrance exam.

• Selected candidates will then be called for the GD/PI rounds depending upon the college.

• The college will allot seat for admission only if the candidate clears all the selection rounds.

• At last, candidates will have to submit the annual fee to freeze the seat allotted to them.
