Steps to fill the AP POLYCET application form in online mode
- Registration - Visit the official website of AP POLYCET 2025 polycetap.nic.in and click on the link ‘AP POLYCET Apply online’. Register yourself by providing your qualifying exam admit card number, date of birth, and class 10 passing year
- Filling of application form - After the successful completion of the registration process, fill out the AP POLYCET application form 2025 with the required personal information and educational details
- Uploading of documents - Candidates are required to upload certain documents namely the scanned photocopy of their signature and a recent passport-size photograph while filling out the AP POLYCET 2025 application form. - For Students appearing for their SSC examinations in April/May-2024, write the Mobile number and for students who cleared SSC i.e up to year 2023 batch write the SSC hall Ticket Number

The application fee of AP POLYCET 2025 exam for OC/ BC category candidates is Rs. 400 and Rs. 100 for SC/ ST category candidates.
