Step 3: Check Applicant's Profile
To get WBSCC approval faster, students need to check the details they have submitted. For that, they have to click on the “Applicant Profile View” page where their name, scanned photo and signature, scanned photo and signature of co-borrower, details of the qualifying exam, details of the present course of study, personal information, etc. will be showcased that they have already filled in earlier.

To get WBSCC approval faster, the students have to understand the institution's registration process. Find the steps below:
- They have to visit the official website, www.wb.gov.in or https://banglaruchchashiksha.wb.gov.in and click on the Administrative Login Tab.
- Enter your user ID and password to login to the registration page of the institution.
- For this registration, students need an AISHE Certificate (pdf between 400 KB and 50 KB), an Accreditation document (pdf between 400 KB and 50 KB), a Rank Document (pdf between 400 KB and 50 KB) and Affiliation document (pdf between 400 KB and 50 KB).
- For Institutions within West Bengal, you need an SVMCM User ID and SVMCM password. If you do not have the SVMCM User ID or password, kindly contact Helpdesk via email support-wbscc@bangla.gov.in.
- For Institutions outside West Bengal, if you have the AISHE code, the contact details of the Head of Institution(HOI) will appear after putting the AISHE code in place. If HOI details do not match, send an email to sccoutwb@gmail.com for a cross-check and temporary institutional credential on your official letterhead mentioning HOI name, mobile and email for the generation of user ID.
- To submit your profile to the respective institutions, you have to enter the name of the institution, AISHE Code, AISHE Certificate, Accreditation Document, Rank Document and Affiliation Document.
- You have to enter your bank account details, Nodal Officer name, PAN number, mobile number, and TAN of the institution and click on submit.
