HP TET 2022 exam day guidelines are quite important for students to have clarity about what to carry, what not to carry, dos and don’ts, details regarding the question paper, reporting time, etc. Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBoSE) will conduct HP TET 2022 exam on July 24 and 31, 2022, and on August 7 and 13, 2022. HPBoSE will soon release the HP TET 2022 hall ticket on its official website. Candidates will be required to carry their HP TET 2022 admit card along with one valid photo ID proof to the exam centre for smooth entry.
HP TET 2022 exam is being conducted for eight papers, including JBT, Shastri, TGT (Non-Medical), TGT (Medical), TGT (Arts), Language Teacher, Punjabi, and Urdu. It is essential to read the exam day guidelines as they will assist in organizing and keeping things in order and not face any hustle - bustle at the eleventh hour.

HP TET 2022: Documents to Carry
Candidates must bring the following documents and items to the examination centre.
- Hardcopy of the HP TET 2022 Admit Card
- Ballpoint pen (Black or Blue)
- Hand Sanitizer
- Face Mask
- 2 Passport Size Photos
- Employee ID, Aadhar card, Passport, Driving License, Voter's Card, PAN card, and other ID evidence in original and photocopy.
HP TET 2022: Things Not to Carry
During the HP TET 2022 Examination, the following items must be avoided:
- Calculators are not allowed.
- In the examination hall, no electronic devices (phones, watches, etc.) are authorised.
- Candidates should carefully inspect their jeans and shirts pockets for any unwanted suspicious items.

HP TET 2022: Do’s & Don’ts at Exam Center
- The COVID-19 instructions mentioned in the admit card, must be read and followed seriously by all applicants.
- No candidate should employ dishonest practises or engage in unfair examination procedures because the examination facilities are monitored by CCTV and fitted with jammers.
- If it is discovered that an applicant filed several applications and/or attended more than one date/shift, the candidature will be revoked, and legal action will be taken, including exclusion from future HP TET examinations.
- Candidates must show proof of identity and residency.
- There are no storage facilities at the exam centre, so do not bring forbidden materials.
- Candidates must provide a completed admission card, as instructed.
- Candidates should check the Reporting/Entry time at the Center given on the site and attend only at the reporting time to minimise congestion at the time of admission and to maintain social distance.
- Candidates must sanitise their hands before pasting a passport-sized photograph and signing the attendance sheet.

HP TET 2022: Covid-19 Exam Day Guidelines
- To ensure Social Distancing, all operations must be touch-free.
- Barcode scanners will be accessible at the entry point to scan the barcode on the admit card.
- To ensure hygiene, rough sheets will be given at all desks by invigilators prior to the start of the exam.
- The seating environment, including the monitor, keyboard, mouse, camera, desk, and chair, will be fully sanitised prior to each shift. All door handles, stairwell rails, and elevator buttons will be disinfected, among other things.
- Proper spacing will be maintained between two chairs.
- Hand sanitizer will be kept at various locations.

HP TET 2022: Other Important Instructions
- The HPTET Certificate will be valid in perpetuity.
- There is no limit to the number of attempts allowed to obtain the HP TET certificate.
- Candidates who have already qualified for the HP TET may reapply in order to enhance their score.
- To pass the HP TET exam, candidates must acquire the minimum qualifying marks. The exam has no passing score.
