This national-level test serves as a gateway for admission to the five-year Integrated Program in Management at IIM Rohtak, which combines a Bachelor's and a Master's degree under the dual-degree program.

The Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) is designed for students after completing class XII who aspire to build a career in Business Management. This comprehensive program seamlessly integrates management studies from undergraduate (UG) to postgraduate (PG) levels, aiming to shape exceptional young students into capable managers and leaders. Upon successful completion of the academic rigor spanning five years, participants will be conferred the Integrated Programme in Management (BBA+MBA) by IIM Rohtak. To be eligible for the last two years leading to a master's degree, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 5 in their first three years. Those with a CGPA below 5.0 will receive a BBA degree and exit the program, ensuring their CGPA is not below 4.0.

Additionally, students who wish to voluntarily exit the program after meeting the requirements at the end of 3 years will be granted a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree upon notifying the office within the stipulated time in the third year of the program.

The program spans 15 terms over 5 years, with each year consisting of three terms lasting approximately 3 months each. It is divided into two parts, with the first part emphasizing foundation courses and the second part focusing on management. Internships are mandatory at the end of every academic year, providing students with practical exposure and experience.

IIM Rohtak IPMAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates interested in filling out the IIM Rohtak IPMAT 2025 Application Form must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• The candidate must have completed Class XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations from a recognized board.

• Candidates who are likely to complete Class XII or equivalent as of June 30, 2025, are also eligible to apply. Such candidates will be given the option of provisional admission to the programme if chosen. They must present X and XII standard mark sheets, with minimum grades of 60% for general, EWS, and NC-OBC or 55% for SC, ST, and PWD, along with a school leaving certificate or migration certificate at the time of registration for the programme; otherwise, the candidate's admission offer will be revoked.

Regardless of the Board's regulations, the percentage of marks earned by the candidate in classes X and XII will be determined based on the aggregate marks of the best five subjects listed on the mark sheet/grade sheet.

• The minimum percentage requirements are as follows:

  • For General/ NC-OBC/ EWS: Minimum of 60% aggregate in Class X and Class XII.

  • For SC/ ST/ PwD (DAP): Minimum of 55% in Class X and Class XII.

• Age Limit to Apply for IIM Rohtak IPMAT 2025: The age of any candidate applying for IPMAT 2025 should not be more than 20 years as of June 30, 2025.

Note 1: Candidates who anticipate completing standard XII/HSC or an equivalent qualification by the end of June 2023 are eligible to apply, provided they meet the minimum eligibility criteria outlined above, especially after the declaration of results (only applicable for XIIth standard). If selected, these candidates will receive provisional admission to the program. Upon registration for the program, candidates in this category must present X and XII standard mark sheets, ensuring they secure minimum marks (i.e., 60% for General, EWS, and NC-OBC or 55% for SC, ST, and PWD). Additionally, the submission of the school leaving certificate/migration certificate is mandatory. Failure to provide these documents will result in the cancellation of the candidate's admission offer.

Note 2: The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in X and XII Standard will be calculated based on the aggregate marks of the best five subjects appearing in the mark sheet/grade sheet, irrespective of the Board's regulations. If candidates receive letter grades or grade points instead of marks, the conversion to a percentage of marks for the best five subjects will follow the procedure certified by the Board/Competent Authority, outlining the method of conversion as indicated on the certificate. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 55% marks and qualifications of CA, ICWA, or CS.

IIM Rohtak IPMAT 2025 Application Process

The online application form for IPMAT 2025 is released on the IIM Rohtak official website. Candidates are required to register on the official website and proceed with the form filling after entering all of the details. 1. Visit the IIM Rohtak official website.

2. Go to the Programmes tab on the homepage and choose "Five Year Integrated Programme in Management" from the drop-down menu.

3. To register for IPM admission in 2025, click on the 'IPM Admission Registration 2025' link and create a username and password. Register on the website by entering your basic details, checking “I Agree”, and clicking on “Submit”. This registration fee is INR 4175, and it is non-refundable.

4. The registration number and password for logging in to the IPMAT Application Form will be sent to the registered contact details of the candidate.

5. Use the credentials received to log in and start filling out the application form with the required details such as date of birth, gender, academic details, and communication details. Make sure all of the details entered are correct.

6. You will be required to upload a scanned copy of your Photograph in the IPMAT Application Form. Guidelines regarding the photograph upload are as follows:

1. Candidates must appear for IPMAT 2025.

2. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the IPMAT 2025 Cut Off released by IIM Rohtak.

3. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the Personal Interview (PI) round conducted by the institute. In the first week of June 2025, calls for online personal interviews (PI) will be made. IPMAT 2025 scores will serve as the basis for shortlisting. During their personal interviews, candidates will be evaluated based on their academic performance, general knowledge, and communication skills. The personal interviews will take place most likely in the second week of June 2025.

4. Based on the composite score of the IPMAT 2025, prior academic performance, and personal interview, the final Merit List will be created. By the first week of July 2025, the merit/rank list will be made public and offer letters will be sent to the selected applicants. The Offer Acceptance Amount (specified in the offer letter) must be deposited through an online payment link by the candidates who get the offer letter for IIM Rohtak IPM Admission 2025 and accept the offer within the specified period.
