IIT Delhi GATE Cutoff 2025: IIT Delhi will release the GATE 2025 admission cutoff for M.Tech courses offered at the institute at iitd.ac.in. IIT Delhi GATE Cutoff 2025 is the minimum score required for admission to M.Tech courses at the institute. The expected GATE cutoff 2025 for IIT Delhi is 1175-1180 for the General category, 1162-1168 for OBC, and 1082-1088 for SC/ST. According to prior year statistics, IIT Delhi's GATE opening and closing ranks range from 350 to 800. Admission to M.Tech courses at IIT Delhi will be done based on GATE results. However, IIT graduates with a B.Tech degree and a CGPA of 8.0 or more may apply without GATE scores. GATE 2025 result will be released on March 19, 2025. Students passing GATE in 2025/2024/2023 are eligible for M.Tech admission at IIT Delhi through GATE. In addition to applying for M.Tech admissions on IIT Delhi's official website, qualified students must also register for GATE COAP counselling.
