PSTET 2021: PSTET 2021 exam is all set to be conducted on December 24, 2021 . The exam is conducted for the candidates who wish to pursue their dream position as Teachers in the state of Punjab. There will be two papers in the exam: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 will be conducted for the candidates who want to teach the primary standard students (class 1 to 5) while Paper 2 will be conducted for the candidates who wish to teach secondary standard students (class 6 to 8). For both paper 1 and paper 2, there are various subjects out of which one of the major subjects is Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP).
Weightage of Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP) for PSTET 2021
The CDP subject will consist of 30 questions out of a total of 150 questions and will be conducted for a total of 30 marks. This means for both Paper 1 and Paper 2, CDP compromises of a total 20% weightage. This means having a strong grip on this subject is necessary for the students to score well in the exam. However, to have a strong grip, it is also important for the students to have an idea of important topics for CDP. This will help them focus on the topics that have the highest weightage and score higher marks in the exam.
