Indian Navy has released the application form for admission in B.Tech under the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme for July 2022. Eligible candidates have the option to apply online through www.joinindiannavy.gov.in starting 27th Jan and ending on 08 Feb 2022.

Indian Navy is inviting applications for B Tech admission for the July 2022 batch under the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme . The selected candidates through SSB Interview will be enrolled in Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala - Kerala. Aspiring candidates must have a valid score in JEE Main 2022 , and the shortlisting of candidates will be based on the All-India Rank of JEE Main published by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The four-year B.Tech degree will be awarded by JNU ( Jawaharlal Nehru University ) upon the successful completion of the course. Further, the candidates will be enrolled in various technical posts under the Indian Navy. All the details with regard to the admission process can be checked on this page.

The applicants must keep a check on important dates for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme (B.Tech admission) so that they do not miss out on the important events pertaining to the admission process. The dates & venue of the SSB Interview will be notified to candidates via registered E-Mail ID or SMS.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Navy B Tech Admission July 2022

Candidates aspiring for B Tech admission in the Indian Navy under the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme must satisfy the following eligibility conditions –

Age Criteria

Candidates born between January 02, 2003, and July 01, 2005, are only eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

The candidates must have passed Class 12 th with a minimum of 70% of marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) and 50% of marks in English. Apart from this, the candidates must have a valid rank in JEE Main 2022.

Medical Standards

Indian Navy Application Form for B Tech Admission July 2022

The registration process for India Navy B Tech admission under the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme is as follows –

Step 1

The candidates will have to click here to visit the official website of the Indian Navy

Step 2

Select the name of your state and enter the Captcha. Now, click on Registration. You will see two options – Register with Aadhaar ID, Register without Aadhaar. Select the relevant option.

Step 3

Enter the Aadhaar ID/ any Government-issued ID Proof number. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the OTP and proceed with the form filling process.

Step 4

Fill in all the academic details carefully and upload the required documents (documents list given below).

Step 5

Submit the application form and take a printout of the same.

Selection Process for Indian Navy B Tech Admission July 2022

The selection process for Indian Navy B Tech admission under the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme is as follows –

  • The admission authority will fix a cutoff based on JEE Main 2022 All-India Rank

  • A total number of 900 candidates will be shortlisted for the SSB Interview

  • The SSB Interview will be conducted in Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata and Visakhapatnam

  • The selection process is divided into two states – Stage 1 is dedicated to Intelligence Test, Picture Perception  and Group Discussion

  • Stage 2 selection process is dedicated to Psychological Testing, Group Testing and Interview

  • The further shortlisting will be based on the candidate’s performance in Stage 1 & 2

  • Shortlisted candidates will have to undergo a Medical Examination

  • After the above process, SSB prepares a list of candidates who are eligible for admission. A merit list will be released, which will have the names of candidates and all-India SSB scores.

  • The final selection will be based on the SSB merit list.

Dear student,

The basic eligibility criteria to pursue Masters in Library (M.Lib) is:

  •  Complete undergraduate degree in B.Lib.I.Sc course, or a B.Lib.Sc course with at least 45% marks.
