JEE Main Day 1 vs Day 2 Exam Analysis

JEE Main January 2020 is being conducted from January 06 to 11, 2020, and the candidates can check the shift wise analysis of JEE Main January 2020 on CollegeDekho. Shift 2 (January 06, 2020)

Shift 1 (January 07, 2020)

The exam was conducted for Paper 2, 3 in this shift, i.e., B.Arch and B.Plan

The exam was conducted for Paper 1, i.e., B.E/ B.Tech in this shift.

The difficulty level of the question paper was easy to moderate.

The difficulty level of the question paper was moderate or average.

There were many questions in this shift from Class 11 th syllabus.

This shift also had many questions from Class 11 th syllabus. However, the Chemistry section had questions from Class 12 th syllabus.

The Mathematics section of this shift was tough.

This shift also witnessed tough questions from Mathematics.

The Aptitude section was tough.

Physics section turned out to be easy to moderate.

The drawing section was difficult in this shift.

The questions from Organic Chemistry were tough.

The Mathematics section had only one question from Probability.

The Integer Questions in this shift were simple, as well as, confusing.

There were questions from Coordinate Geometry in this shift.

There were questions from Coordinate Geometry, Integration, Matrices, Conics, Permutation, Bi-nominal Theorem

The Chemistry section had questions from Quantum Numbers, Chemical Bonds etc

The Chemistry section had the combination of questions from Organic and Inorganic Chemistry.

Candidates appearing for the JEE Main January 2020 on 8 th , 9 th and 10 th must note that he/ she must focus more on Mathematics section and plan the last minute revision accordingly. Students need not panic as the Paper 1 that was conducted on January 07 was easier than the 2019 JEE Main January 2020 exam.
