JoSAA 2025 BArch NITs Cutoff, Opening and Closing Ranks

Admission to B.Arch programmes in the top NIT colleges in India is done through JEE Main . Among the 38 National Institutes of Technology (NITs) , only a few offer admissions to the 5-year Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) programme. As a result, the BArch admission process is highly competitive. The NITs select candidates for BArch admission process through the JoSAA counselling and seat allotment process. Students aspiring to secure admission in BArch programs can refer to the JEE Main BArch cutoff percentiles for different institutions to determine the final rank within which universities offer admissions. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is responsible for the allocation of seats for admission into 110 institutes. JEE Main seat allotment 2025 is purely based on the candidate's rank and choices filled during the online registration and choice filling process. For candidates who have cleared both JEE Mains and JEE Advanced , the seat allocation process is based on their All India Rank (AIR) in the respective exams.
