MAH B.Ed CET 2025 is scheduled to be conducted on March 24, 25 and 26, 2025. The State CET Cell, Government of Maharashtra, conducts the exam. Through the entrance exam, eligible candidates are offered admission to the B.Ed course at various Government, Government-Aided, University-Managed and Private colleges in the state of Maharashtra. The entrance exam is conducted for 100 marks and a duration of 90 minutes. The B.Ed exam will be conducted online and there is no negative marking.

MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

All candidates need to know about the MAH B.Ed CET 2025 eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. Only the candidates who will meet the eligibility criteria given below are allowed to apply for the exam. The eligibility criteria for MAH B.Ed CET 2025 are given below:

For Maharashtra Domicile Candidates

  • The candidate must have passed a degree in any bachelor's or master's program in any of the subjects, including Engineering & Technology/ Mathematics /Science/ Political Science/ Psychology/ Education/ Humanity/ Social Science and other literature subjects.
  • The candidate must have acquired a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying degree level.
  • The institute from which the candidate has passed the qualifying exam must be recognized by the Maharashtra state government.
  • The student must possess a degree or certificate for the completion of the course issued by an open university through the state/ central government.
  • The students who are in the final year of their qualifying exam can also apply for the examination.

For Other State Candidates

  • The candidates must have passed the qualifying exam in any bachelor's or master's program with a minimum aggregate of 55%.
  • The reserved candidates who have passed the qualifying exam from an institute outside of Maharashtra state will be considered as a general category.
  • The students in the final year of the qualifying exam can also appear for the examination.

MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Application Form

All students who wish to apply for MAH B.Ed CET must fill out the MAH B.Ed CET 2025 application form . However, it is advised that students read the guidelines carefully before filling out the application form to avoid any mistakes and be consistent with the guidelines. The MAH B.Ed CET 2025 result is expected to be released a month after the exam is conducted. The result will be released on the official website of MAH B.Ed CET, cetcell.mahacet.org. To check the result, students have to enter their credentials, such as their registration number and password.

MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Cutoff

  • Candidates must first visit the bed.hepravesh.in/Public/Home.aspx page on the official MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Counselling BEd CAP website.
  • Candidates must submit and authenticate their MAH BEd CET 2025 Exam information.
  • Following that, candidates must provide the necessary information and log into the candidates' CAP site.
  • Then, candidates must complete the CAP Counseling application form, providing all necessary personal and academic information.
  • Candidates must make sure they upload the necessary files in accordance with the guidelines provided.
  • Then, candidates must use the payment portal to pay the counselling fees online.
  • Candidates can submit their MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Counselling Application Form after paying the prescribed fee.

MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Counselling Fees

Candidates must pay INR 200 for MAH B.Ed CET 2025 counselling. Candidates can use a debit/credit card or net banking to pay the counselling fee online.

MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Documents Required

At the time of counselling and admission process for MAH B.Ed CET 2025, the candidates are required to bring certain documents. Candidates failing to bring the required documents will not be considered for counselling or admission. The documents required for MAH B.Ed CET 2025 counselling and admission process are:

MAH B.Ed CET 2025 Seat Allotment

The MAH B.Ed CET 2025 seat allotment process will depend on certain factors, such as the rank of the candidate, the availability of seats and the preference submitted by the candidate. Shortlisted candidates must take admission once they have received the seat allotment letter, which can be downloaded from the official website by giving the roll number/ registration number and date of birth. Candidates are advised to keep the seat allotment letter with them carefully for future use.

A candidate may either ‘freeze’ or ‘float’ their choice of institute for the subsequent rounds for the seat allocation. In the ‘freeze’ option, applicants choose the allocated seat and refuse to participate in following rounds. Such candidates are not considered for the next rounds. The other option is ‘float’ wherein candidates can approve the given seat and confirm that if admission to a preferred seat at any institution will be granted, they will accept it. These candidates are eligible for further seat allotment rounds as well. The float option will not be available for Round 3 seats, and candidates who chose them have to pay a non-refundable fee against the seat processing fee, regardless of the category they belong to.

Regular B.Ed course (2 year) mein admission lene ke liye aapko ek graduation ya UG degree complete karna mandatory hai. Bina bachelor degree ke aap B.Ed admission ke liye eligible nahi honge. Par class 12th complete karne ke baad aap integrated BA B.Ed ya B.Sc B.Ed jaise courses mein admission le sakte hain jo 4-5 saal mein complete hoti hai aur isse aapko do alag bachelor degrees bhi milti hain.
