There are three ways in which a candidate in Maharashtra is selected for admission into MBA colleges in the state. Candidates must go through the following selection processes to get a clearer understanding:

Selection Process through MAH MBA CET/CAT/GMAT/CMAT Exams

  • State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra manages the registration process for CAP (Centralised Admission Process).

  • Candidates with a valid MAH MBA CET/CAT/GMAT/CMAT score are eligible to register for MAH MBA CAP.

  • The selection process is based on the MBA/MMS merit list released by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.

  • The seat allocation is based on the rank or merit of the candidates in the entrance exams.

  • During the counselling process, the candidates have to exercise web options.

  • Based on rank and college preferences, the State CET Cell allocates seats.
