What is the NTA AISSEE 2025 Exam?

Sainik School is responsible for conducting the All India Sainik School Entrance Exam (AISSEE) to provide admission to students to Classes 6 and 9. The AISSEE 2025 exam was held on April 5, 2025, at different centres located across the country, with the Class 6 exam scheduled to be conducted from 2 pm to 4:30 pm (150 minutes), and the Class 9 exam to be held from 2 pm to 5 pm (180 minutes). The exam will be conducted offline, in the pen and paper mode using OMR sheets throughout 190 cities across India, according to the official notification by NTA. The AISSEE 2025 Class 6 syllabus covers four topics – Language, Mathematics, Intelligence and General Knowledge and the question paper will consist of 125 questions. The total marks for the exam will be 300 marks. There will be 2 marks questions in the Language, Intelligence and General Knowledge sections of the question paper and the total marks in these sections will be 50 each. In Mathematics, 50 questions will be asked with the total marks being 150. Likewise, the AISSEE 2025 Class 9 entrance test paper will have 150 questions from Mathematics, Intelligence, English, General Science, and Social Science. The total marks of the paper will be 400 marks. In the Mathematics section, there will be 50 questions of 4 marks each, and 25 questions in the remaining four sections, each worth 2 marks.
You will become eligible for admission to the existing Sainik Schools if you secure a minimum of 25% marks in each subject of the exam and 40% marks in aggregate of all the subjects of AISSEE-2025.

Steps to Check AISSEE Result 2025 for Class 6

You must enter your roll number to check your AISSEE 2025 results. Follow the steps mentioned below to check the NTA Sainik School 2025 result for Class 6.

Step 1: Go to the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/.

Step 2: Navigate through the homepage and locate the link pertaining to the Sainik School Class 6 or Class 9 exam results for 2025.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the login window.

Step 4: Enter your application number and password.

Step 5: Click on the 'Submit' button to get access to the candidate dashboard.
