IIT Madras Scholarships
The following are the IIT Madras scholarships that candidates can avail as per their eligibility.

IIT Delhi Scholarships
The following are the scholarships offered by the IIT Delhi .
Institute Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Scholarships
Merit-cum-means scholarships are available to BTech and MSc students with a CGPA of 6 and a household income of no more than Rs 450,000 per year. These scholarships are available to no more than 25% of students and include a tuition remission and Rs 1000 each month. An extra 10% of students who fulfil the income requirement receive a tuition waiver. Tuition is waived for all students in the SC/ST/PWD categories.
MDes, MTech, and MS(R) students receive Rs 12,400 per month in teaching and research assistantships. These assistantships are also open to dual degree students in their fifth year with a CGPA of 8 or above.
Teaching/Research Assistantship
PhD candidates are given a Teaching/Research Assistantship that pays Rs 31,000 per month for the first two years of the programme and Rs 35,000 per month for the remaining two years.
All PhD students are eligible for a Rs 150,000 travel stipend to attend a conference once throughout their programme. Students who demonstrate excellence in research are eligible for a second such award.
Rupa Moudgil Scholarship
It is one merit-based grant given to a first-year undergraduate student each semester. The scholarship is worth Rs.1,000/- each month for ten months.
Singhal Scholarship
It is given to first-year female students of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering who have a parental income of up to Rs. 5.0 lacs per year. The scholarship amount is Rs. 6,500/-.
Daulat Ram Mendiratta Scholarship
This is given to a first-year civil engineering undergraduate student based on his or her JEE Merit. The scholarship is worth Rs. 1,000/- each month for ten months.
IIT Kanpur Scholarships

The Merit-cum-Means Scholarship is given to 25% of undergraduate students in IIT Roorke . Several more scholarships in IIT Roorke are announced on a regular basis. Merit-cum Means Scholarship

Shortlisted students are entitled for Rs.1,000 in pocket money every month.
SC/ ST Scholarship
Students from the SC/ST categories are eligible to apply. For any category, parental income cannot exceed Rs. 4.5 lakhs. Income Tax Return with IT Department Acknowledgement must be supplied as proof of parental income (Father and Mother or Guardian if any) There is no cap on the number of SC/ST scholarships that can be awarded if the relevant conditions are met. The student must have an SGPA / CGPA of 7.0 or above and no active backlogs (Fail Grade) in any type of course (Including Additional courses). Shortlisted students are entitled for Rs.250 per month in pocket money as well as a refund of the License Fee and Dining Charges based on actuals and eligibility.
IIT Varanasi Scholarship
The Institute provides merit-based scholarships to 25% of undergraduate students. In addition, the IIT Varanasi also offers various endowment scholarships. Other benefits for undergraduate students include Institute free studentship, scholarship, reimbursement of mess prices, and pocket allowances for students from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Students who enrol in M Tech/M Des programmes automatically agree to and guarantee that they will not abandon the course midway. If students are forced to quit the course midway owing to an unforeseen reason/situation, they must reimburse the whole scholarship drawn before leaving the Institute
Students who are paid by their employers/sponsors are ineligible for scholarships/fellowships
Scholarships are not available to students admitted to M Sc/ M.Mgt programmes
