TNEA 2024 Counselling-
The registration process for TNEA counselling 2025 has been started. You can fill out the TNEA application form from the official website, tneaonline.org. The last date to complete TNEA 2025 registration is June 6, 2025. The exam authority will allow you to upload all the required certificates till June 9, 2025. The Document verification process for TNEA counselling 2025 will be conducted between June 10, 2025, to June 20, 2025. The TNEA rank list 2025 will be released on June 27, 2025. The exam authority will resolve all the grievances between June 28, 202,5 to July 2, 2025. The schedule for the centralized TNEA 2025 counselling will be released soon on the official website.
If you have passed the 10+2 exam or appeared in the Class 10+2, you can register for TNEA counselling. Admission will be based on the marks in the relevant subjects, which will be lowered to 200 (Mathematics - 100, Physics - 50, and Chemistry - 50). TNEA 2025 Eligibility Criteria
TNEA 2025 eligibility requirements indicate that you will be eligible for admission provided you meet the following eligibility criteria:
Nativity: You may apply for admission through TNEA if you are:
Tamil Nadu students who completed their Class VIII to Class XII education in Tamil Nadu.
Children of Central Government Employees, regardless of nativity, are eligible if their parents or guardians (only if both parents are deceased) have been consistently serving in Tamil Nadu for the last five years at the time of TNEA application submission.
Sons and daughters of All India Service Tamil Nadu cadre officers.
Children of employees in the public sector or government-recognized institutions who have been working for their organizations for the previous five years at the time of TNEA 2024 application form submission are also eligible to apply, regardless of residence.
Other state applicants who have completed classes VIII through XII in Tamil Nadu are eligible to register for the TNEA 2024 exam.
Tamil Nadu native applicants who have completed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI, or XII levels or comparable examinations from schools outside of Tamil Nadu are also eligible to apply for TNEA.
Qualifying Exams: You are eligible to apply for TNEA if you have passed your HSC (Academic) or its equivalent with a minimum average percentage in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry combined as given below.

Step 1 - Registration
The first step in the registration process for TNEA is online registration. You will have to visit the official website of TNEA, i.e., www.tneaonline.org to complete the registration. After opening the website, click on ‘New User Registration’.

Step 2 - Generation of OTP
After submitting all the details mentioned above, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS on their mobile, and you will also receive an e-mail. Only after entering the OTP, your details will be confirmed.
Step 3 - Login & Form Filling
You will have to log in to the TNEA website by using their Login ID (E-Mail) and Password. The registration form for TNEA will be displayed on the screen. You will have to enter all the details carefully.

Step 4 - Application Fee Payment
The next step in the application process for TNEA is registration fee payment. After completing step 3, you will see three options -

- Payment Gateway (Option 3 - Skip)
Students choosing anyone among the first two options will have to pay the application fee digitally, u.e., by using a credit card/ debit card/ internet banking facility. If you are choosing Option 3, you will have to pay the registration fee at the Facilitation Centre. You will receive a confirmation message after paying the registration fee.
Step 5 - Filling Scholarship Information
If you wish to avail of various scholarship schemes through TNEA, you will have to fill his/her preference. You will have to fill the following details -
