As per the AP EAMCET rules, you cannot retain your previous phase allotment seat. There will be a Spot Round (institute level counseling round) after the final phase of AP EAMCET seat allotment where you can apply for a seat. As an alternate option, you can also apply for Management quota admission which is ongoing.

Hi,

An 8000 rank in AP EAMCET with the BC-C category is a good score and increases your chances of getting a seat in a good college for Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) or Veterinary courses. Moreover, as per the past years cutoff analysis, the expected closing rank for such courses will be around 5,000 to 10,000. Hence, you can appear for the counseling process.
