TS ECET Exam Day Instructions

TS ECET 2024 Exam Day Instructions: The TS ECET 2024 exam is going to be conducted on May 6, 2024 . Through the exam, the candidates will be shortlisted for lateral entry into B.Tech/ B.E/ B.Pharm courses in Telangana colleges. The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad has released a set of guidelines for the exam that the students must follow. The TS ECET 2024 exam day instructions will demonstrate the different rules that the candidates will have to adhere to on the day of the exam at the respective centers. Candidates must carry documents like TS ECET admit card 2024, passport size photograph, photo ID proof like an Adhar card, PAN card, driving license, etc to the exam centre.

TS ECET 2024 Exam Day Instructions

The candidates must follow the given exam day instructions for the TS ECET exam:

  • The candidates are advised to visit their allotted exam center a day before the exam to get acquainted with the exam center & sitting arrangements.

  • The TS ECET exam will be conducted from 9.00 AM to 12.00 NOON / 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM. The candidates must report to the exam center by 07.30 AM/ 1.30 PM as they will have to go through the verification process/ registration process which may take some time. No extra time will be given to the candidates who are late for the exam.

  • It is mandatory for all the candidates to bring the hall ticket for the exam and no candidates will be allowed to sit for the exam without the hall ticket which will be verified by the Test center officials.

  • The candidates must bring all the required documents along with the hall ticket as all the documents will be verified before the exam.

  • After the exam, the candidates must return the application form and rough work booklet before leaving the exam hall, or else strict actions will be taken against them

  • The candidates must affix their latest photograph on the TS ECET application form 2024 duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of the College where the candidate has last studied.

  • The candidates are STRICTLY not allowed to bring any electronic gadgets like Calculators, Mathematical / Log Tables, Pagers, Cell Phones, Wrist-watches, etc. In case, the candidate has his/ her personal belongings, it should be submitted outside the exam hall. The candidates will be responsible for the loss or damage to the belongings.

  • The candidates must not bring any loose sheet of paper to the hall for any reason. They will be provided with a rough sheet for rough work and they will have to return those sheets after the exam.

  • The candidates must enter the correct credentials on the rough booklet.

  • The candidates must not put any designs like Mehandi, ink, etc. on their hands for identification purposes.

  • If there is an issue with the system provided to the candidates, they must report it to the exam invigilator soon. In case any time is lost during the changing of system, compensation will be provided.

  • The candidates must not use any unfair means or they will be liable for criminal activity along with disqualification.

Documents To Carry to the TS ECET 2024 Exam Centre

The candidates must bring the following documents for the TS ECET exam:

  • TS ECET hall ticket 2024 with Candidate’s Signature (At least 2 Copies)

  • Valid Photo Identity Card (Must be Original) such as College ID Card / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Passport / PAN Card / Voter ID, etc.

  • Passport Size Photographs

  • Filled in Online Application Form

  • Caste certificate in case of SC/ST category only, if He/she has not furnished the caste certificate number at the time of submission of Online Application Form).

  • Water Bottle

  • Black/Blue Ball Point pen
