TS ICET Exam Day Instructions 2025

TS ICET 2025 Exam Day Instructions: TS ICET 2025 will be conducted on June 8 and 9, 2025 as per the schedule decided by Kakatiya University on behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). You must carry a printed copy of the hall ticket downloaded from the official website along with any one of the government-issued photo ID proofs to the examination centre. No electronic gadgets like mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices are allowed inside the examination hall.

You must get a good score in TS ICET to do well in Telangana MBA and MCA admissions. Proper preparation for the TS ICET exam day will certainly make the experience easy and rewarding. However, with a lot on your mind, it can become difficult to keep track of everything. Hence, here are the exam day instructions for TS ICET 2025 to help you stay on track!

Items to Carry to TS ICET 2025 Exam Centre

You will only be allowed to carry certain permissible items inside the TS ICET 2025 exam centre. These include their documents and certain other items listed below.

  • A printout of the TS ICET 2025 Hall Ticket

  • Self-declaration form

  • A valid ID Proof (Driving License/ Voter ID Card/ Aadhar/ Passport etc.)

  • Transparent water bottle

  • 50 ml hand sanitiser in a transparent bottle

  • Face mask

  • Disposable gloves

TS ICET 2025 Exam Day Instructions: Do's

Given below are the guidelines that you must follow on the day of the exam.

  • Prepare Documents in Advance: Ensure all required documents are ready the day before the TS ICET exam.
  • Get a Good Night's Sleep: Rest well the night before the exam to wake up refreshed and ready.
  • Start the Day Early: Wake up early and have a nutritious breakfast to keep your mind calm and clear.
  • Arrive Early: Reach the exam center before the reporting time mentioned on your TS ICET 2025 Hall Ticket to avoid any last-minute rush.
  • Know Your Exam Center: If you're unfamiliar with the location, verify it using Maps or visit the center the day before.
  • Cooperate with Staff: Follow the instructions of the security personnel and invigilators at the exam center.
  • Sit in Your Assigned Seat: Ensure you sit only in your allotted seat inside the TS ICET examination hall.
  • Follow Instructions: Pay attention to the invigilators' instructions and review the instructions on the screen before starting the exam.
  • Manage Your Time: You will have access to the complete question paper at the beginning of the exam. Monitor the time you spend on each question and allocate your time wisely across sections.
  • Handle Difficult Questions Smartly: If a question is consuming too much time, mark it for review and move on to the next one.

TS ICET 2025 Exam Day Instructions: Don'ts

Here are the things you should avoid when appearing for the TS ICET exam.

  • Leave Extra Paper at Home: Do not bring any spare pieces of paper to the exam center. Rough sheets will be provided inside the examination hall.
  • Avoid Electronic Items: Do not bring any electronic devices or accessories, such as mobile phones, pen drives, earphones, or watches, to the exam center. The center cannot guarantee the safety of these items.
  • Wait to Sign the Admit Card: Do not sign your admit card until instructed to do so by the invigilator.
  • No Snacks or Beverages: Do not bring any snacks or beverages to the exam center, except for a bottle of water.
  • Stay Seated: Do not leave your seat during or after completing the test. Follow the invigilator's instructions regarding movement.

TS ICET 2025 Exam Day Instructions Regarding CBT

Follow the instructions provided below while appearing for the Computer-based test:
  • You will be given 150 minutes to answer 200 questions in the exam. Each question carries 1 mark.

  • On selecting the right answer, 1 mark will be awarded to the candidate. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

  • You do not have to answer all of the questions given in the test.

  • You are free to move between sections by clicking on the respective section tabs available on the exam dashboard.

Follow the instructions given below to navigate to a question in TS ICET 2025.

  • A question palette containing the question numbers will be available on your screen.

  • Click on the question number you want to go to and that question will be displayed on the screen.

  • You can also use the Save & Next button to navigate to the next question in the exam.

How to Answer a Question in TS ICET 2025

Here are the options that will be available for answering questions in TS ICET 2025 and how to use them.

How to Use Question Palette in TS ICET 2025

The question palette will display various colors and shapes, depending on the status of each question. This will provide you with an overview of your exam. Only questions from a single section will be displayed at a time in the question palette. Here are the different colors and symbols used in the question palette and what they signify.
