VITEEE Group A and B System,What does it actually mean?: VITEEE, or Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination, is an important exam for those who wish to pursue undergraduate engineering courses at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). The VITEEE 2023 exam is divided into two groups - Group A and Group B. Each group consists of a list of courses and their specialisations and the fees of the course varies. Since Group B has more in-demand specialisations, the fees is slightly higher than Group A. Candidates wishing to appear for VITEEE exam must choose the appropriate group while filling the VITEEE application form 2023.

Group A and B System in VITEEE 2023

VITEEE is conducted in two groups, Group A and Group B, with each group having a different set of subjects. The subjects included in Group A and Group B are different because of the various B.Tech programs offered by the University. For example, B.Tech programs in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, etc., require Mathematics as a compulsory subject. On the other hand, B.Tech programs in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, etc., require Biology as a compulsory subject. Therefore, students should choose the group that matches their preferred B.Tech program.

VITEEE Group-Wise Subject Eligibility

Candidates must be aware of the subjects they must have studied in their Class 10+2 to know which courses they are eligible for. The eligibility critera of VITEEE 2023 varies according to the course. Check the brief explanation of group-wise subject eligibility

PCMB/PCM applicants who have attempted Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Aptitude in VITEEE 2023 are eligible for all B. Tech Programmes in Group A and Group B.
PCMB/PCB/PCM applicants who have attempted Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Aptitude in VITEEE 2023 & PCB applicants who have attempted Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Aptitude in VITEEE 2023 are eligible only for the following programmes only

Dear Student,

The admission to Rizvi College of Architecture is done strictly on the basis of score obtained in the NATA entrance test followed by counselling. The students need not fill any form prior to the NATA result declaration. The admission will be done on the basis of counselling done after the NATA exam.

Hello Durgesh, the cut-off for admission to K.K. Wagh College of Nursing is based on the marks obtained in the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) for Nursing. The MHT CET for Nursing is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE). The cut-off for admission to each branch at K.K. Wagh College of Nursing varies from year to year. The cut-off is usually higher for the more popular branches, such as B.Sc Nursing. Candidates can checkout the K.K.
